By accessing or using ATTTUNE ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ATTTUNE is a location-based social network that allows users to post messages, join channels, and connect with people in their area. Content is organized by tags and proximity.
You may create an account via email or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, spam, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The App uses your location to show nearby content. You can disable location sharing, but core features may not work without it. Your precise coordinates are not shared publicly — only general area information (neighbourhood, city, country) is shown.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant ATTTUNE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
